Requirements

• Experience in fleet tracking and maintenance coordination
• Proficiency in fleet management software (e.g., geo fencing, alerts, configuration)
• Familiarity with different car models, parts and preventative maintenance
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and parts procurement

Main responsibilities

• Monitor and track real-time locations of company vehicles using GPS and telematics systems
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and driver assignments
• Schedule and document regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Managing vehicle licensure and registration
• Ensuring all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training
• Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
