Requirements
- BA in Public Relation /Political Science and Public Relation or other related fields
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure that the event runs smoothly
- Assist senior Event Organizer in recruiting speakers and performers, negotiating their contracts
- Oversee event security to ensure attendees’ safety
- Assist senior Event Organizer in developing a marketing plan for the event
- Facilitate ticket sales/if the event is organized for income generating purpose/ targets to ensure profitability of the event
- Coordinate the event and send schedule to all participants in advance
