Blu Natural Spring Water Bottling is hiring ten Salespersons in Addis Ababa. The role is full time, onsite, entry level, and requires a diploma in marketing or sales with no experience required. Applications close on 30 November 2026.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Nice to have
- Minimum 0 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Knowledge of the assigned sales territory is an advantage.
Main responsibilities
- Visit customers regularly and collect sales orders.
- Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at customer outlets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
