Requirements

Main responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain salary structures and compensation policies.
- Manage employee benefits programs, allowances, bonuses, and incentives.
- Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations to management.
- Support annual salary reviews, performance-based rewards, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure accurate payroll-related compensation and benefits information.
