National Transport PLC is hiring one Senior Store Keeper in Lemi & Dire Dawa, Amhara. The position requires a diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply Management or Accounting and at least three years of experience. Applications close on 15 November 2026.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or inventory control
- Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, warehouse procedures and documentation
Nice to have
- Experience managing vehicle spare parts, tyres, lubricants, fuel-related materials and transport equipment is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems; Odoo ERP experience is an advantage
Main responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily store and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, spare parts, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, handling, and preservation of inventory items.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory transactions in the company's ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to prevent shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records
