Ethio Impact Consulting is recruiting a Junior Accountant for a confidential employer in Addis Ababa. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a closely related field and up to 1 years of experience. Applications close on 15 November 2026.

Nice to have
- Completion of a relevant university internship or industrial attachment in an accounting or finance role is a plus.
Main responsibilities
- Assist in Financial transactions like invoice, receipts, payment vouchers and journal entries.
- Support the management and reconciliation of petty cash and employee expense reports.
- Assist in processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
- Help prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any minor discrepancies under supervision.
- Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing monthly financial reports, trial balances, and supporting schedules.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering necessary documentation and verifying data accuracy.
