Main responsibilities
- Developing the project plan, which involves setting objectives, defining and outlining tasks
- Design project proposals based on the needs of the community and submit it to donors for fundraising
- Leading and guiding the project team and supervising monitoring and evaluating the activities
- Ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations
- Making close contact with partners of the project
